This is going to be a short one mainly because I want to keep blogging and not fall off the wagon right at the beginning of the trip.
In anticipation of baby Kara, I've recently made a change that all the family will probably be happy about....I put my motorcycle up for sale on Craig's list yesterday. And let me tell you, it was a whirlwind day. I posted it around midnight and within 8 hours, I had 3 phone calls and an email about it and the phone just kept ringing off the hook all day. So, needless to say, the bike is pretty much gone...I've got a deposit and somebody is picking it up Sunday. It's a sad day for me because I really do enjoy riding, but at the same time I know I've got greater responsibilities now and my family needs me for the long haul so I can't afford to get hurt on a motorcycle. Goodbye bike...hopefully we'll ride again some day.

way to go Steven! This ia a very mature and unselfish move. This is only the 1st of many changes you and Kathy will see over the years.
Much love

Aw, sorry Steve! But it wounldn't have been very safe to strap Kara on the back for the first few months anyway. Let her build up those neck muscles so she can wear a helmet! :)~
That would be a funny sight. There is NO WAY in the world that Kathy would let me put her on a bike though :-)
